AntFarm's approach to service design builds value for both the client and the solution provider.  Service Blueprint Bricks for Managed Services are designed from a thorough understanding of customer needs and the service outcomes required to satisfy them.  AntFarm's representation of the service process is intuitive to understand and easy to follow - the blueprint is a "story board" for how the service is delivered.

The diagram below represents AntFarm's high level Life Cycle Diagram for Managed Services.  It reflects the architecture, or modular elements of the service offering.  Each of the service delivery areas depicted in the diagram, for example "Service Ticket Management" is broken down into individual process modules, or "bricks".
