AntFarm Inc. License Agreement

The AntFarm, Inc. products purchased from this site (Contents) are provided to your company under a non-exclusive, royalty-free license agreement. Acceptance or use by your company of any of the included Contents constitutes acceptance of this license agreement. This license is granted effective with and only with receipt of fees paid by your company associated with the Contents. This license is revoked if you return the Contents to us for any reason. This license is non-transferrable. The terms of this license agreement apply to both “off-the-shelf” Contents and those Content items that are personalized or customized by AntFarm for your company.

The Contents includes forms, templates, diagrams, methods, techniques, best practices, and other Trade Secrets that are proprietary and/or copyrighted work of AntFarm, Inc. or its partners. Except as expressly stated below, AntFarm, Inc. retains all rights to the Contents and any derivative works.

Your company is granted a royalty-free license to use the Contents for the development, delivery, and management of your company’s services or processes. Certain items in the Contents are provided in a form that you may modify. Your company may make any modifications necessary to make them useful for you. You shall ensure that any Contents modified by your company retain the AntFarm, Inc. copyright statement. Other items are provided in a form you will not be able to modify.

Your company may also:

• make unlimited copies of the Contents for internal distribution only,
• post the Contents on servers for internal access,
• distribute Contents to third party subcontractors engaged in providing services for your company who you will advise of the terms and restrictions of your license, and
• provide Contents designed for end-customers to your company’s customers.

Other than expressly stated above, the Contents may not be copied, distributed, or made available to anyone outside of your company in any form.

Your company agrees not to use the Contents or any derivations of any parts of the Contents to perform services or develop products that are similar in nature to those provided by AntFarm, Inc. You may not provide the Contents to others through a Service Bureau model, whether or not your company receives payment for them.
