| A unique and critically important element of the Service Blueprint Bricks program is the “personalization” of the blueprint modules to facilitate maximum adoption of these service processes within your company. The notes below outline the elements that we personalize. |
| Your corporate logo |
Corporate identity is important for both internal and external use of the Service Blueprint. Internally, it reinforces ownership of the process for your team – it is “their process”. Externally, it demonstrates to your prospects and customers that you take process seriously. |
| Your service roles |
Roles are the “performers” of the tasks on the Service Blueprint. By personalizing the blueprint with your roles, your delivery team will better understand your expectations for them during the course of service delivery. |
| Your support systems |
Support Systems are the back-office systems that automate or assist in service delivery. By including your support systems in the blueprint, the connection is established between the service delivery tasks and the tools used to perform them. |
| Offering specific elements |
Depending on the service offering, there may be other blueprint attributes that are personalized as well. For example, on Managed Services blueprints we personalize Service Ticket Status entries to match those that you use. |
| How personalization works: |
|
AntFarm uses a "Service Profile" to personalize your Service Blueprint Bricks. There is a different service profile for each offering, such as Managed Services. The Service Profile includes our standard labels for the items above and a space for you to indicate the terms that you use.
With your first purchase of a Service Blueprint Brick for an offering, we will send you the Service Profile. When you complete the Service Profile and return it to us, we will personalize your blueprints and send them to you. Personalization replacements are made on a global basis within the module. If there are symbol-specific changes that you require, we can perform these under our customization services.
You will only need to complete the Service Profile once for an offering, unless you want to make updates to it.
Personalization DOES NOT include modifications to the standard process workflow shown in the blueprint module. For an additional fee, AntFarm can provide this service as well. Please see the section on Customization.
